Today I got inspired to write on this topic after reading blog of Mr. Pritish Nandy who wrote on the topic why I love Mumbai. To this he gave many reasons for e.g in Delhi you cannot drink after 1, can't go to a concert after 10p.m, cant watch a girl dancing in a bar. I do agree that these restrictions are bad it denies a peson his rights but let me tell you another aspect. All these restrictions are because in Delhi NCR women are much more vulnerable as compared to women living in Mumbai and certain men are responsible for it. Even after putting so much restrictions Delhi NCR region is becoming a RAPE capital. And to a rape victim people talk about modesty etc. So change of attitude is needed not restrictions.
